Women In Media The Women In Media Initiative aims to inspire, increase and sustain women working in the digital media industry in Sussex by addressing barriers to employment and development such as access to knowledge, training, role models, self-confidence and motivation.
Creative Catapult A series of workshops and seminars which bring together talented young illustrators and animators with established industry experts. Includes a real pitch to the BBC and guidance and mentoring from industry leaders.
BANG The Brighton Animators Networking Group (BANG) provides an opportunity for animators to meet both online and offline and share knowledge. Subscribe to the BANG newsletter to hear about the next event.
Brighton Digital Festival Annually in November, Wired Sussex stewards a month long celebration of everything digital and innovative in Brighton. Our own events, dSCAPE include the sell out events Portfolio Clinic, Animation Night and Designer's Night. Archive of last year's events on the Brighton Digital Fesitval website.
Brighton E-Learning Alliance Wired Sussex has joined forces with a number of the UK’s leading e-learning companies, based in Brighton and Hove to form the Brighton E-Learning Alliance (BeLA) to promote the city as the European centre of excellence for e-learning.
Digital Horizons Digital Horizons is a highly innovative, year-long course which aims to develop and train producers and developers in the digital content and screen industries at professional level.
