The Women in Media initiative supports and aims to increase the number of women in the Sussex digital media workforce. It addresses barriers to employment and career development and benefits women of all ages through a range of activities including:

- Training Seminars
- Networking Events
- Mentoring and Advice
The Women in Media initiative was developed and is managed by Wired Sussex
